After serving two years in each branch of the military( Army/ Navy/ Marines/ Air force)former military (now civilian) Brian Manners is a weapons expert, a hand to hand Combat Specialist , a tactical specialist, and he ranks high in other fields.Each year Brian has to get his body registered because he's a walking weapon. The secretary of defense visits Brian and tells him America needs him to suit up again against a new threat. Brian's mission is to capture the master mind and to stop a dangerous iceberg (,the iceberg is the size of rode island, and 550 feet tall) that's headed towards Americas oil rigs and tankers while a hurricane starts to form.
