My movie is about a boy named Vinnie who has always loved the military; Toy soldiers, army guy for halloween, Nerf guns. He is graduating High school, but realizes he doesnt know what he is going to do in the future. When he realizes that his best friend, Nicholas is joining the army, he decides to tag along.
When he joins Militia 249, he is sent to Afghanistan to serve. One day, he decides to send a letter to his mom telling him he's alright. He also sends a boquet of flowers. That same day, Militia 249 is sent out on terrorist grounds. All goes well until Vinnie's best friend (since kindergarten) Nicholas is shot in the leg an loosing life fast. 5 minutes later, after its too late, vinnie realizes he is dead. he runs over to him and tries to carry him to safety; but at that moment he is shot and killed, with nicholas in his arms
The next day, two men dressed in uniform show up at Vinnie's mom's door to deliver the news; Carrying the letter and flowers.
