3.1. Maken'Movies is a forum for the submission, evaluation and review of movie ideas, ("permitted purpose"), located at www.makenmovies.com ("the site").
3.2. In consideration for providing you with a licence to use the site and or the provision of our services, you agree to only use the site in accordance with these terms.
4. Licence
4.1. We grant you a personal licence to use our site strictly on these terms and on the basis of our privacy policy.
4.2. Your licence is only to use the site for the permitted purpose.
4.3. A condition of this licence is that:
4.3.1. we may contact you by email for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy; and
4.3.2. our advertisers, producers and other users of the site may send you email from the site.
4.4. You must ensure that:
