6. Intellectual property
6.1. Any intellectual property created while using the site vests solely with the person who created it - but you grant us an unlimited, royalty free licence to use and display anything which you create or submit on the site or which you may otherwise provide to us.
6.2. When you make a submission to the site (including text, video, or sound recordings) ("submission") you must licence the use of your submission to third parties on the terms of either of:

If you do not nominate the licence you wish to use then you are deemed to have licensed any submission to third parties using the Creative Commons Licence - Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike (by-nc-sa). Despite clauses 6.2 and 6.3 (which do not apply to submissions you licence to us), our licence to use any submission you make is subject to the licence you grant us under clause 6.1.
6.4. You may not use any of our intellectual property (including our name, logo or content) without our prior written approval.
6.5. You release us from any claim for loss and damage arising out of any infringement of your intellectual property rights by virtue of using our site or services.

7.1. We do not approve, endorse or control the content of links from our site.
