A ruthless underground crime boss is set up for murder by his best friend, his wife, and his crime organization. They ambushed him at his nightclub and shot him 15 times leaving him for dead. He survived the hit but was in a coma and the doctor gave him five days and if his condition didn’t get better his wife had the option to pull the plug. The crime was blamed on a rivalry gang but there was not enough evidence and besides that he had made so many enemies anyone could have committed the attempted murder. They thought they got away it the wife signed the papers to have the plug pulled and five days and her and his best friend that she was having an affair with was about to inherit all his money and business’s. He could hear his wife and doctor talking while he was in his coma he got so angry that he left his body and could see everything that was happening he knocked over a cup of water and that when he realized he could physically move things. One by one he starts killing everyone that was connected to his hit. They was puzzled because they all new he was in a coma but the murders had his mark allover them so now they have to find who and how the murders are being committed before they get to them.
