| The Cost Of Love |
Pete Clark is a successful and now wealthy entrepreneur. He's just sold his website for over $4 million. Kate Rosedale is a waitress that lives in a broken down R-V, she makes little to nothing. Pete is lonely, Kate is independent. Both are single. Pete meets Kate, but Kate isn't into money. You can't buy her affection, maybe go broke for it...but you can't buy it. You just can't! Pete has tried to do everything in his mind, to get to know Kate better and be with Kate. But it's all been done with gifts, and money. It's actually driving Kate further and further away. Pete finally goes broke, and Kate is willing to listen. Kate tells him, she is already rich. Pete doesn't believe her. Kate really is rich. The end.
Kate Rosedale could have it all if she wanted it. Her family is loaded. But that's not what she's looking for in a man. It's not his money. It's his heart. And what he's willing to give, or lose, in order to be with her. To fall in love with her. Pete Clark is a pretty shy man. He doesn't attempt every good looking women he sees, because they've always intimidating him. When he takes a shot at what appears to be a good looking single women on the low end of income, he gets an unexpected turn. She doesn't want his money, she just wants him to be himself. Once he realizes this, and he's broke after trying to buy her affection. They are both open, and closer, and communicating fully, emotionally, etc. Only for him to find out, that she's rich! But didn't want anyone to come after her for her money!
