A man named Jeff has a party on a cruise ship but falls off during a freak storm, and hits his head on a rock and wakes up a day later on an island out in the middle of the ocean. After days of searching the island he discovers a cave to stay the night, becoming familiar with the most of the island, he decides to go to the center of the island. It takes a day and a half to get to the center, when he hears a noise, he slowly creeps up through the bushes, looks through them to find the most vicious, brutal sight he's ever seen, terrible creatures fighting and killing each other, and self proclaimed vampires patrol the animals. The king "vampire" is an evil man, he leads an army of ruthless killers to kill Jeff. Jeff has to rely on human instinct to fend for his life, he makes weapons to fight for his life, every last breath is used in making sure he lives long enough to get off this terrible island. The vampires are more human than undead, they became desperate for food, killing fellow humans of a pirate ship, using them as food for themselves and their animals, but keeping a young girl prisoner as a slave, Jeff finds it in his heart to rescue the young traumatized girl, and get off this hell hole..
