This is a vampire movie once someone's been Bitten they're a vampire but not for this certain indivisual once he is bitten every human that surounds him waits for him to turn but wait what's this he doesn't turn into 1 of them because his blood is the cure to convert every vampire back into a human he doesn't even go blood thirsty he just gets they're powers.he gets bitten and someone asks him if he's ok then he says i've been bitten he gains they're powers so he has super human strength and more he goes off on vampire killing spree just the vampires who work for the head vampire that had bitten him. He goes after the group of vampires plus the 1 that bites him and the stars use every kind of weapon they can find to defeat the vampires or vampire but the other's can not stand up to these vampires like this certain indivusal can.There is a big showdown between the star that can't turn and the 1 that bit him towards the end of the movie and saves the rest of the town from the vampires.Maybe Duane The Rock Johnson as the star.
