When a young girl takes in a bird, she soon discovers that she has a power... the power to talk to animals. So when Tera, Valet, Owes and Leope take her to the world of birds she discovers that if she doesen't help destroy the evil eagle Antione she will turn into a bird. The movie finishes with Teresa (Meg Ryan) helps her bird friends turn back into kids.
