I would like to document the coming home of soldiers from iraq. My husband who is in the military once took me to a home-coming and I couldn't go inside because of how unprepared I was trying to deal with the fact that it may be my soldier one day returning after a year.
As I heard the loud and happy voices as the soldiers got off of the bus and into the building I felt as though people needed to be given a voice. Soldiers, their family's. They need to be heard and let their stories be freed from their minds. Let family members let their emotions run wild.
