Two rookie FBI agents are given one of the most gruesome cases ever heard of. They investigate the murders of over 200 people in New York. The reason these two rookie FBI agents were chosen is because the previous agents became the victims of the vicious crimes. Taking place in Modern Day New York City, two serial killers over the past 2 years have compiled a death toll of over 200+ victims. They are the most gruesome killers New York has ever seen. The huge twist of the entire movie is the fact that the son of the serial killer is the agent who is investigating him.

In 1939 , Officer Dick Tracy has just been promoted as a Detective for the Chicago Police Department . Cheif Brandon has sent Tracy out for his first case on finding out information about a psycho mod leader who goes by the name of Alphonse Caprice with the assistance of Tracy's two main associates Pat Patton and Sam Catchem.

A drug addict gets beaten by mobsters for not giving the money for pot and coke deals. He gets hit in the head pretty hard and that caused him to have another personality opposite of his own. The two side of him are unaware of the other. The new side becomes a senitor of new york and starts cleaning up the streets of people like his other half. The drugee half tryes to ruin the senitors life by treating to kill him if he doesnt do this or that. So the senitor side uses the FBI to track down the drugee half. So later on the FBI finds than kills the drugee becase he was shooting at them, only to find out it was the senitor. In the movie the audeance is also unaware of the two sides untill the end, but the movie hints about it in suttle ways.
A successful lawyer gets to hear that his father has cancer and only has a few months to live.
Out of desperation he searches the internet for alternative cures for cancer and he finds out about Hemp oil, a lot of information, videos and websites can be found about this “medicine” on the internet but is it true? Surely the government won’t keep a cure from us.
He has nothing to lose and gets in contact with a dealer through one of his clients. After purchasing a big bag of cannabis to produce the hemp oil he’s on his way home when he gets stopped by the police. When they search his car they find the bag and he gets arrested, after a trial gets sentenced to 6 months in jail, his father passes away while he’s in jail.
In prison he starts to study the cannabis plant and finds out what a useful plant this is, he can’t understand why this plant is illegal.
When he get’s released he finds a big emptiness in his life, he has spend most of his life on his career and ends up with nothing, he never had time for a woman and has no family left, he does have loads of money but realises that doesn’t bring him happiness.
He decides to build a case against the government, by making cannabis illegal they are denying the freedom of the people and a cure to diseases.
After officially announcing his case he nearly gets killed in an accident and when a fire breaks out in his office he gets suspicious, is it coincidence or are they trying to kill him?
He manages to get himself on a talk show on national television to get his case into the news and also as proof that if he would die in an “accident” in the near future it might not be an accident, the case becomes big news.
He keeps working on his case, this plant should be legal and available for everyone, everything is done to stop him but he won’t give up, can he ever win the trial??
DC Phillip Henson is a young rising detective in the Metropolitan Police. He's 29 and partnered with the celebrated DI Scott Cowdrey. With promises of being made Detective Sergeant, Henson puts his all into a new case. Over the past month 3 bodies of young women have turned up in the London Thames, all had their throats slit and the words 'whore' burned onto their forehead. A little digging shows that the victims were all prostitutes and as the days of the investigation turns into weeks another body turns up. But this time Henson recognises her and doesn't understand why. There's another break, the murder weapon is recovered and for some strange reason the prints that are recovered are matched to Henson. Not surprisingly Henson is arrested and during questioning he discovers that he can't provide an alibi, he can't even remember where he was. Does this mean that his family history of schizophrenia has caught up with him early or is it something more sinister?
