Lost the job as a lecturer (in a big private USA university), a young American scientist has to find immediately a new job in the same field. Because of the global crisis, the only available position for him will be to go to teach in a very poor and humble university located in the small and isolated Kingdom of Eldoret in the Equatorial Africa.
There, He will go through many new and strange situation for him like: to get used to an environment where there’s lack of water, power and internet connection but presence of exotic animals; the very strange habits of the Kingdom regarding food and clothes; the fact that the King and his 10 wifes will be his student at the university; the relation with some young students that want to leave Africa and reach the USA, dreaming a better life. At the end our scientist will teach many things but he will also learn important practical and personal lessons from that experience. He will start to appreciate a modest lifestyle, that it is possible to live without a cell and internet and that love has no nationality.
