This movie also begins with a flashback of a few months back. It shows the goddess of chaos escaping from prison (which is a floating fortress in the sky). The prison is guarded by angel-like guards who the goddess sneaks past and in some cases lays waste to. She also sets numerous prisoners free for the fun of it (hence the goddess of chaos). Eventually she escapes, much to the displeasure of the prison warden.
In real time, the goddess of chaos is now free and has set a massive plan in action to crumble the hierarchy and systems of the gods. Ultimately she aims to bring down the cities of the goddesses and ground the sky palace but the sky palace is her final target as she fears her father for reasons unknown. The story follows most of her doing but leaving the viewer in the dark about a lot of exactly what she is doing to bring about her plans, it is mostly just small acts that cause huge trouble when combined. As the main characters (now the goddess of air, fauna and the young god of lightning) pursue the evil goddess they do what they ca to stop her plans, however this is the goddess of chaos and whatever she is involved in usually goes according to her whim. After many trials and tribulations trying to get to the goddess of chaos there is an inevitable battle where the stone of "power" is destroyed and it is revealed that only a god of lightning can stop the goddess of chaos because (lightning its self is chaotic and she can do nothing to deter it) their powers clash as such she has a massive blow out with the young male leaving him the victor.
