Deep in the woods a Faun is born from magic and wonders what his purpose is. When some pixies inform him that somewhere an innocent child is in distress and he was created to watch over them, he reluctantly believes this and instead goes about enjoying life in the woods. But soon he hears her call, a voice whispering in the wind, and is drawn to a lone cabin in the woods where a young girl named Fate is being held captive by several kidnappers.
