The little genius himself is back. He's got all his tools and new and advanced technology. Better than Bill Gates. Dexter is back in an all new adventure. Dexter is becoming the ultimate inventor. He's even made himself a cyborg. He didn't start off that way in this movie. It started with an idea, and a love interest. Dexter went to school one day, and at lunch, mysteriously, he didn't feel the need to go to the library, he got his tray, sat alone and tried to correct his answers on a test, marked with an F. Puberty started to set in, and Dexter was losing his incredible genius. Now 14, Dex, is starting to change, Mentally, Physically, and Mentally. Dexter has grown a bit and maybe even made a costume change. His Sister DeeDee, is now in college and engaged to Mandark. Since Dexter and changes are happening, he's found love too. Blossom Utonium had attended her year at Dexter's school, She is 13 and well they just now met and Blossom is just obsessed with Dexter, but he doesn't know what to do or say. He says he's changed and he isn't Dexter anymore, but more of his nickname, Dex. Dexter eventually comes to terms and accepts puberty and begins to feel more like Dexter and get's his computer back up and stops Mandark from taking over the world.
