A boy named Troy who loves his family and he lived in Hong Kong, since he was 2 yrs old, a group of bandits, came by and killed his mother, and shot Troy in the arm. After that the bandits left and took everything, as Troy went outside with a wounded arm, then fell down and passed out. When he woke up and saw an old man, by the name of Master Kar, as Troy grew, Master Kar tought him every he knows about martal arts and Kung Fu, and gave Troy a tattoo known as a "Red Dragon", that's when Troy meets a girl named Amanda, who a had a mark of a "Blue Wolf".
The Master Kar, tought him out to use weapons and drive, but what Troy wanted was revenge on the person who killed his mother, but Master Kar, didn't want that, he trained Troy to become a savor of Hong Kong. So Troy left the hideout and was looking for his mother's killer, and when he did find him, the person's name was Kaio, born leader of martal arts and mayor of Hong Kong, so Troy fought him in a great battle. Later, in time Troy found out that Kaio killed his master and his lover, so Troy goes insane with revenge battle Kaio once more. and when Troy finally kills him, his tattoo on his back glows and the "Red Dragon" is released and Troy gains more power, so Troy runs off to find the next killer and put him down...
