It is set in 3000 where technology is more advanced than it ever will be. The cars have new awesome design huge projections advanced architecture, and people of different species. This is only the center of earth, there are some outskirts of the cities where the poor and homeless find shelter. There are toppled buildings, ruined houses, blown up cars, etc. the whole place is history. But as time paces a new species of "aliens" arrive seeking a home. These are known as The blur. They have that name because they can move so fast you can't see them. They arrive in the outskirts as a starting point for their invasion. Many people start to die. The homeless find someone to lead them and help them survive. His name is David Bee. He use to work for the army as a strong and fair general. He leads them through a terrible war and soon are recognized for their bravery and get hired into the army and live in the city. That is what's in my head so far.
